I grew a lemon tree from a seed of an organic lemon. It was 5 years old and suddenly lost all its leaves. I took a magnifying glass and saw a little caterpillar. I also suspect that there was a fungus on the trunk as you can see on the second photo. I spray pure CDS on the trunk and very quickly new little leaves came out. I then spray it every morning and during the day some CDS (1 or 2ml diluted in 1 liter). It recovered in a couple of days. I could not believe it.
